The beginning of forever

2/23/13 is a day for the history books. Well at least ours!

The countdown is over and we officially became Mr. & Mrs. Peterson
That day is a complete blur for me. I went to bed the night before around 2:30 am.
I was REALLY excited: excited as a little kid on Christmas Eve, that's some serious excitement!
I woke up to a total blizzard; white snowflakes were being thrown around by some nasty Idaho wind.
My neighbor across the street came over and did my makeup, my older YW laurel advisor came over to do my hair and I felt pampered all morning. Our sealing was at 1:30 so we had plenty of time to get ready!
Then the time came to go to the temple; my parents and I loaded into the car and took off very slowly to the temple. As we sat there waiting for Logan and his dad to get there, I sat and held my dad's hand as the excitement in my stomach grew to be more like nuclear explosions than butterflies.
As Logan and I were waiting for our sealer to come talk with us before the sealing, we sat there and talked and laughed (quietly of course) and enjoyed the happiness we felt in the temple together.
The sealing was beautiful as we were surrounded by family and loved ones. We are so grateful for their support and love in our marriage.
Now, here's a miracle for the weather. When we walked out of the temple, there was NO wind, NO blizzard. The grounds were covered in beautiful fresh snow, but we enjoyed gorgeous winter weather!
I feel like the luckiest girl ever, I married such an amazing man.
Here are some shots from the temple!
Enjoy :)
We seriously had so much support from family and loved ones!

Our new families

Bridesmaids and Groomsmen

Oh how we love our siblings :)

The one on the left is my absolute favorite from the wedding day!
Rachel Taylor was our photographer and we were so happy with how they turned out!
If any of them look a little distorted, I put them in the collages wrong and I was too lazy to fix them... oops!
She also took our pre-bridal pictures. They turned out awesome, but for the sake of this post length, I will only post a couple! This was the first time he saw my dress, so we blindfolded him and did that whole first look thin. Logan made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world.

The reception was decorated by Kim Hardy with Unforgettable Weddings. She did an incredible job. It was more than I could have ever imagined. Our cake was made by my cousin Jennica. She put it together perfectly with how I had asked!
We served milk and cookies and had a candy table as favors.

I don't want to be waking up trying to hit the snooze button after reading this so I will wrap this up. Trust me, I understand because this post has taken me FOREVER to write.
Logan and I have been so blessed by all the kindness and generosity we have been shown. So many people are willing to give and help others and I hope to be one of those people as well. Thank you for so much for the love and support as we started out new adventure together. We are so excited to share our forever with each other

And from here on out.. it will be our adventures as the Peterson's!
